Our client an Accounting Firm based in Stellenbosch has an opportunity available for a half day Receptionist.
This position has the potential to grow into a full day role or remain half day depending on the candidate and company future requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reception / admin role
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Well presented

Job description:

General office management
Answer calls and mails
Welcome clients
Prepare meetings rooms

Assist with meeting planning and calendar management
