One of South Africa's largest financial services and banking conglomerate seeks an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Pretoria North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of South Africa's largest financial services and banking conglomerate seeks an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Pretoria North.

The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support for the end-to-end HR value chain in order to deliver world class customer service within the company.

Duties include, but not limited to

Process appointments of staff and ensure accurate information is captured

Provide support on the use of relevant HR information systems to ensure staff members self-sufficiency

Adhere to governance and risk management processes in accordance with company policies and procedures

Administer employee benefits, ensure efficient delivery of information

Administer terminations and ensure all exit documentation is accurately maintained

Administer, monitor and manage study aid and bursary applications

Administer and process all HR invoices for payment

Generate HR reports

Education:

National Diploma in Payroll Administration or HR Administration

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years experience in a payroll and or HR Admin position dealing

Excellent knowledge of SAGE VIP

Advanced MS Excel skills non-negotiable

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
