SUMMARY:
An opportunity for career growth has become available for a Human Resource graduate. Join this international industrial organization for a 12-month internship with full training and on-the-job experience. Applicants must have a degree in Human Resources and have excellent communication skills. Computer literate with good MS Excel ideal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities 
  • SHEQ compliance. 
  • General administration.
  • B-BBEE administration.
  • Switchboard relief. 
  • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Assistance to the payroll administrator. 
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • A Degree in Human Resources
  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with CV's databases. 
  • Knowledge of MS Office 
  • General Administration experience would be ideal
  • Good Communication skills
  • Must have a passion for Human Resources
