Job Duties:

Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information
Help with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
Assist in HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and development
Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities

Education:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme

Experience:

No prior HR experience required, but any related internships or work experience would be beneficial

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of basic HR principles and practises
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship experience in HR or related field
Familiarity with HR software systems

Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be based in an office environment. The intern may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends to support HR events or activities.
