A leading Civil Construction Company in the Western Cape is seeking to appoint a Senior HR Manageress to join their management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR function across multiple sites and projects.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance aligned with construction industry standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for site-based and office staff.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and labour law compliance.
- Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives.
- Support project managers and site managers with workforce planning.
Requirements: Minimum 10+years’ HR management experience.
