HR Generalist - FTC

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Packages and Software – Sage, Pastel, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor''''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field: Often required, along with 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Analytical skills: Helpful for using data to identify trends and solve problems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality: A critical aspect of working with sensitive employee information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for interacting with employees at all levels and building positive relationships.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices: A solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Organizational and time management skills: Necessary for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills: Helpful for addressing employee issues and finding solutions.
• Own transport

Duties:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and handling disciplinary actions.
• Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
• Policy Implementation: Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, communicated effectively, and consistently applied.
  • Compensation & Benefits: May assist with benefits administration & compensation-related tasks.
  • Compliance: Maintaining compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • HRIS Management: May manage HR information systems (HRIS) to track employee data and generate reports.
