Joubert and Associates (Pty) Ltd is a specialist HR services and OD consultancy firm based in the heart of the Western Cape, Paarl. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and energetic person to join our well-established firm of HR Practitioners.

The successful incumbent will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally) on a consultancy basis. Key performance areas will include the following:

Organisational Development
Talent Management
Labour Relations
HR Policies and Procedures
Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
Remuneration
Performance Management
Coaching and Mentoring
Career Counselling
Training and Development
General Business Consulting

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Honours degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology, while a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and professional registration with the HPCSA will be beneficial)
Previous experience in an HR role will strengthen the application
Exceptional bilingual communication and interpersonal (consulting) skills
Above average writing skills (English and Afrikaans)
Excellent project management skills
High attention to detail
Driver’s licence & own transport
