POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration

Capture employee data for payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

Assist with timesheet reconciliations, leave tracking, and payroll queries.

Maintain documentation relating to earnings, deductions, and benefits.
HR Administration

Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.

Support the drafting of contracts, confirmations, and termination letters.

Monitor HR compliance documents and assist with reporting.
Recruitment Support

Assist with job adverts, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Conduct reference checks and prepare new hire packs.
Disciplinary & IR Support

Schedule hearings, draught warnings, and record disciplinary proceedings.

Maintain confidential ER records and liaise with line managers on HR matters.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ HR Certificate or Diploma (NQF Level 5 preferred)
✅ 1-2 years' experience in an HR or payroll administrative environment
✅ Basic knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAGE VIP, Pastel, etc.)
✅ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
