SUMMARY:
Vacancy: Human Resources Administrator / Assistant

Salary: R15 000 monthly

POSITION INFO:
An established company based in Centurion, is looking to expand their team. Known for their great workplace culture and commitment to growth. They are currently looking for a dedicated HR Administrator / Assistant to join their team and support their daily human resources operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Grade 12
A relevant tertiary degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2+ years of proven experience in a similar role
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Computer literate
Familiarity with modern HR systems, including recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Solid understanding of South African Labour Legislation (including BCEA, LRA, CCMA and EEA) is highly beneficial
Strong clerical expertise, file management, form design, and standard office procedures
Outstanding organizational abilities with an uncompromising eye for detail
Resilient under pressure, with the ability to thrive and solve problems in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a natural inclination toward teamwork
