SUMMARY:
HR Assistant

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • A grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • HR related tertiary qualification
  • 2 to 4 years previous HR experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, organisational skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties:

  • Assist with day to day HR operations.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Deal with employee requests and concerns. 
  • Recruitment & Shortlisting
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc duties as needed
