SUMMARY:
HR and Compliance Administrator with SHEQ experience required for our well-established logistics client based in Umlaas, KZN. We require a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the logistics sector for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative duties relating to (SHEQ / Claims / PPE etc)
Maintain systems and ensure processed correctly (Monday.com / Klari-T/ Sharepoint)
Capturing Fuel Consumptions
Updating reports & data capturing
Scanning Documents and electronic housekeeping of Compliance documents
Monitoring Expiry deadlines
Claims (investigating and insurance submission)
Issuing & Maintaining Stock (Driver related – PPE / Devices / Books / Cellphones etc)
Managing Asset registers (Devices / Laptop cell phones etc)
Monitor Device usage & repairs.
HR Assistance
SHERQ assistance
DriveCam clip assistance

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric
Experience in SHERQ / RTMS
Previous experience within a similar position would be beneficial
Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
Own transport is required

Core Competencies:

Excellent transport knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, and Excel in particular)
Well organised, Meticulous
Knowledge or have worked in Logistics Transport beneficial
Use own initiative
Work with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to priorities tasks and meet strict deadlines
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Motivated and diligent
