SUMMARY:
A well-known printing manufacturing company is seeking the above to provide administrative support for the end-to-end human resources (HR) value chain in order to deliver world class customer service within the company in line with its people proposition.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • A Matric and National Diploma or related in Human Resources Management is required for this role.
  • Experience working on Sage 300 is essential.
  • Previous experience having working in Human Resources / Payroll Administrative role is essential.
  • The successful candidate must have a good understanding of HR payroll systems, HR policies and procedures
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support for the end-to-end human resources (HR) value chain in order to deliver world class customer service within the company in line with its people proposition. 
  • Processing appointments of all staff and ensuring accurate information is captured in the HR information system.
  • Providing support on the use of relevant HR information systems to ensure staff members self-sufficiency.
  • Adhering to governance and risk management processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administering employee benefits, ensuring efficient delivery of information and service to staff members and third-party service providers.
  • Processing and administering terminations and ensuring all exit documentation are accurately maintained.
  • Administering, monitoring and managing the study aid and bursary applications.
  • Administering and processing all HR invoices for payment.
  • Generating accurate HR reports required by the business.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
