POSITION INFO:

Join a professional team dedicated to fostering a supportive and organized work environment. Our client, a reputable organization in the Western Cape, is seeking a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to contribute to their HR functions and employee welfare initiatives.

Duties:

Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communication with candidates
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Capture and update employee information on HR and payroll systems
Assist with leave administration and employee benefit documentation
Support performance management, training, and employee wellness initiatives
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with compliance, audits, and general HR administration tasks

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Familiarity with the following:

HR systems and payroll software (advantageous)
