POSITION INFO:

A reputable cleaning company is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor that manages and oversees the housekeeping operations within a hotel.

Ensuring cleanliness standards are met and staff performance is optimized. They assign tasks, provide training, and handle guest requests, while also managing inventory and staff performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:

Supervision and Management:
Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations.

Assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Train new employees and provide ongoing support.

Motivate and inspire staff performance.
Quality Control and Standards:
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality.

Monitor compliance with infection control and hygiene regulations.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Order, receive, and store supplies.

Ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Guest Service and Issue Resolution:
Handle guest requests and complaints.

Report damages and maintenance issues.
Staff Management and Development:
Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.

Manage staffing levels and schedules.

Hours of work
Monday - Friday
Alternate weekends and Public holidays
