HOUSEKEEPING CONTRACTS MANAGER

POSITION INFO:

A well Established Cleaning company is looking for a Housekeeping Contracts Manager for a reputable Hotel in the Umhlanga area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contract Management: Negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts for housekeeping services.
Service Delivery: Ensuring that cleaning services are delivered according to contract specifications and client expectations.
Team Management: Leading and motivating a housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
Budget Management: Managing budgets related to housekeeping operations and supplies.
Client Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing their concerns.
Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure consistent cleaning standards.
Inventory Control: Managing and tracking housekeeping supplies and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a hotel or similar environment.
Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse housekeeping team.
Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Organizational:

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage contracts and operations.
Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to cleaning services and contract compliance.

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday
Alternate weekends and Public holidays.
