Guest Relations Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Waterfront, Cape Town
Salary: Experience dependent. 10% commission on all services and 10% on retail.
Yearly salary review.
Monthly competitive Bonus Structure.
Bargaining council – Pension.

Award winning spa is looking for a professional, strong Guest Relations Officer for a very busy spa.

Duties:
Make guest bookings, re-book and actively promote spa and services.
Answer phone calls and emails.
Monthly Reports.
Cash up duties.
Ensure spa is set up and ready for guests as well as welcoming guests in warm friendly manner.
Perform back-up therapy, if not qualified as therapist must be strong guest relations officer.

Requirements:
Qualified in ITEC or CIDESCO or previous experience is spa industry with great guest relations references.
Computer literate and previous experience in ESP advantageous.
Confident, warm and friendly.
Minimum 2 years experience in 5-star spa.

Working hours:
Shift Work.
08:00 – 19:00 Monday-Sunday
8:00 -17:00 Sunday and Public Holidays
Closed on 25th of December.
Annual leave 1.25 days per full month of work.

Start date: Immediately
