SUMMARY:
A portfolio of luxury boutique lodges and retreats in South Africa is looking for a talented and versatile GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role is ideally suited to an experienced individual with a passion for guest services and experiences, while also having strong organisation and communication skills.

Core Criteria:

3-5 years of similar experience at a luxury hospitality establishment
Need to be proficient using social media platforms
Proven experience in planning and executing events
Ability to comfortable manage staff
Must have excellent attention to detail and have a flair for aesthetics
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Service-driven nature and passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee and deliver seamless end-to-end guest experiences, ensuring consistently high service standards across all touchpoints
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and special occasions, managing logistics, timelines, and supplier relationships
Curate and manage social media content to reflect the property’s brand, aesthetic, and guest experience in real time and post-stay
Maintain exceptional attention to detail in guest presentation, event styling, and overall look and feel of guest-facing areas
Lead, train, and supervise guest experience and front-of-house staff, ensuring alignment with service expectations and brand values

This is a live-out position.
