Requirements:

BSc Food Science or Diploma in Food Technology or Consumer Science or Similar

10 years minimum in a Food Production environment with Senior Management experience.

Experience in Plant Operations 200-400 Staff Component

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall technical, quality and product development functions within the business.

Ensuring legal compliance with all relevant certifications required and government departments related to food safety and water licensing.
