Group Liquor Administrator

SUMMARY:
A well-established retail and liquor group in the southern Drakensberg is seeking a meticulous and experienced GROUP LIQUOR ADMINISTRATOR to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role suits a detail-driven bookkeeper who thrives on structure; you'll oversee creditors, debtors, and stock data integrity across a busy multi-outlet retail environment.
Core Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office literacy
• Valid driver's licence
• Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
• Team player with a reliable, focused approach

• Capture, process, and reconcile all creditor invoices, credit notes, and debtor payments
• Prepare and settle weekly and monthly creditor accounts
• Manage the creditors portal and maintain supplier and customer liaison
• Reconcile daily cash, floats, and bank suspense items
• Import and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card transactions
• Audit inventory data against supplier purchases and monitor stock movement
• Capture and investigate stocktakes; manage data integrity across stock systems
• Supervise a small team of data capturers and GRV operators
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, product set-ups, and departmental cost allocations
