We partner with a diverse range of organisations, from growing digital businesses to established brands, that are continuously seeking talented PPC professionals to strengthen their marketing teams. Rather than recruiting for a single vacancy, we're building a network of Google Ads specialists for current and future opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

Create, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads
Develop keyword strategies that improve visibility and drive qualified traffic
Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximise campaign performance
Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend
Execute and evaluate A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness
Monitor performance metrics and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
Implement tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
Work closely with broader Digital Marketing, Content, SEO, and Design teams to achieve business objectives. Hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of PPC principles, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and keyword research
Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimisation decisions
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Looker Studio, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or eCommerce advertising platforms will be advantageous

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Google Ads Certifications are highly beneficial
Google Analytics Certifications advantageous
