The organisation is AI-first and results-driven, with a focus on practical execution, commercial growth and complete transparency, including sharing P&L statements with its internal team.

THE ROLE: DIGITAL GROWTH MARKETER / GROWTH ENGINEER

The Digital Growth Marketer / Growth Engineer will take full ownership of customer acquisition and digital growth across the organisation’s ecosystem.

The role requires a growth system builder who can unite paid acquisition, landing pages, conversion funnels, SEO, CRM, automation, analytics and AI into one measurable and repeatable system that generates leads, bookings and revenue.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role centred around managing agencies, counting likes or adjusting organic social calendars. The focus is on direct execution, measurable commercial performance and building scalable growth systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the complete acquisition journey from Attention → Click → Lead → Booking → Customer → Repeat Customer, identifying drop-offs and deploying rapid solutions.
• Build, manage and optimise multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, Google Performance Max, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, local lead generation and retargeting.
• Manage campaign architecture, keyword strategy, ad copy, creative testing, offer testing and landing-page alignment.
• Directly build and test landing pages, lead-generation funnels, booking flows, quiz funnels, lead magnets and retargeting journeys.
• Continuously test headlines, pricing, CTAs, forms and social proof to maximise page conversion rates.
• Turn existing patient and customer databases into predictable revenue by designing automated Email, SMS and CRM journeys.
• Build journeys covering lead nurturing, missed-lead follow-up, customer reactivation, reviews, cross-selling and referral generation.
• Integrate AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit, AI agents, automation platforms and no-code/low-code APIs into daily marketing operations.
• Rapidly prototype lead scoring, automated workflows and reporting systems using AI and automation tools.
• Oversee technical, on-page and local SEO across multiple clinic locations and service pages.
• Optimise Google Business Profiles and prepare content for AI answer engine discovery.
• Establish full-funnel attribution and tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platform tracking, conversion tracking, call tracking and custom CRM dashboards.
• Report clearly on CAC, ROAS, CPA and campaign profitability.

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition and growth engineering.
• Deep technical understanding and execution capability across Google Ads, Meta Ads, funnel builders and analytics tools including GA4 and GTM.
• Demonstrated track record of directly building landing pages, conversion funnels and copywriting for direct-response marketing.
• Proven experience setting up CRM architecture, email/SMS marketing automations and customer nurturing sequences.
• Expert-level daily usage and proven integration of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor for marketing execution and workflow automation.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on commercial outcomes including CAC, CPL, ROAS and revenue rather than vanity metrics.
• Accountability to hard commercial numbers, including revenue and bookings.
• High level of self-management, initiative and ability to set strategy and execute with total autonomy without micromanagement.
• Results-driven orientation.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• 3-month probationary period with an optional 3-month extension.
• Hot-desking/hybrid office option available in Cape Town at £175 per month, funded by the employer.
• Office access includes a full workstation, dual screens, secure lockers, on-site IT/Ops support and a building network of approximately 500 professionals.
• Company-purchased tech hardware will be delivered securely with cameras and lockers.
• IT setup option to be reviewed.
• Commercial, HR, IT and office requirements have a primary point of contact.
• Daily direction is managed through CRM task tracking, brief bi-weekly catch-ups and monthly reporting.
