SUMMARY:
A well-established organisation is looking for a Global Retirement Fund Administrator.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of retirement fund administration processes, while analysing complex datasets and producing meaningful reporting insights.
You will work closely with internal teams and global partners to maintain high service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency

POSITION INFO:
Skills:

BCom Degree in Finance or similar
Strong data analysis and reporting capability
Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis
5years experience within retirement fund, pension administration or employee benefits both local and global.

Job description:

Provide administrative support for retirement products across global markets.
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Use Power BI and Excel to support operational and administrative reporting.
Perform data validation, reconciliations, and quality assurance checks.
Ensure work is completed within service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery timelines.
Document processes, procedures, and controls clearly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners across different regions and time zones.
