Our client in the Travel & Tourism Sector is looking for highly customer-centric and industry knowledgeable consultants to service local and international clients.

Requirements
Ideal candidate must have Tourism knowledge - Hotels, Flights.
GDS knowledge - Amadeus as a priority and Sabre as basic (for at least 2 yrs experience) - create booking, ticketing, reissue, Q updates (essential)
Multi-channel work capability and ability to learn new hospitality systems.
Must be good at multitasking - working with variant channels: mail, slack, Monday, hospitality systems.
Monitoring systems for irregular ticket booking behavior
Excellent organizational skills and strong team player qualities
Must be able to work variable shifts
Issue all tickets that automation does not for the corporate department, on sites
Administer all ticket exchanges that cannot be completed by an automated process
Act as a resource/support for agents with ticketing/fares questions including branch
offices as determined
Quality control all international tickets issued overnight for correct commissions, lowest fare
Ability to service different markets.
