SUMMARY:
Our client in George is seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and office support, assist with day-to-day office operations and ensure that documentation and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Perform general office administration and day-to-day administrative duties
Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to emails
Manage correspondence, filing and document control
Capture and maintain accurate administrative records
Prepare quotations, invoices, reports and other documentation where required
Assist with data capturing and general financial administration
Process and follow up on documentation
Assist with debtors, creditors and basic bookkeeping-related administration where required
Maintain organised electronic and hard-copy filing systems
Assist with stock, stationery and office supply administration
Liaise with clients, suppliers and service providers

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Previous experience in a General Office Administrator / Office Administrator role
Good computer literacy and strong MS Office skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Professional and well-presented
Xero experience will be an advantage
Must be available to start immediately
