General Foreman – Johannesburg

A leading construction company specializing in high-rise and commercial developments is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join their team.

About the Role

Oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and report directly to the Site Manager and senior leadership.
Ensure workmanship meets the highest standards across all phases of construction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Foreman in large-scale commercial or high-rise projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Johannesburg-based, with flexibility to work across various project sites.
