SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests from arrival to departure. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, assist colleagues across departments when needed, and maintain high standards of service in line with hospitality best practices.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Hospitality Certificate or Diploma.
2–3 years’ experience in a similar guest relations or front office role.
Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
Professional, well-presented, friendly, and approachable demeaner.
High attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
Own reliable transport to and from work.
