• Managing front-of-house and welcoming clients
• Handling customer queries and bookings
• Coordinating appointments and daily schedules
• Assisting with social media content and marketing campaigns
• Maintaining brand presence across digital platforms
• General administrative support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives

• Previous experience in front-of-house, reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in marketing, social media management, or brand promotion
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms)
• Professional, confident, and mature approach to client interaction
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable transport will be advantageous
