A boutique family-owned lodge on the Garden Route is seeking a capable and presentable 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 to join their close-knit team.

POSITION INFO:
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role suited to an ambitious, well-spoken individual who thrives on guest interaction and can confidently step into different departments as needed. You'll work closely with the Manager, relieving across operations while keeping guest care front and centre.

• General lodge experience across multiple departments
• Strong organisational and general management ability
• Staff management experience
• Guest relations skills, with a polished, well-spoken manner
• Kitchen management exposure
• Event coordination experience
• Stock control knowledge
• Housekeeping experience
• Valid driver's licence essential
• Own transport essential

• Assist the Manager across daily operations
• Relieve in various departments as required
• Oversee guest relations, with a strong focus on the dining room experience
• Support kitchen management where needed
• Coordinate events and functions
• Manage stock control processes
• Assist with housekeeping oversight
• Maintain high standards of guest care throughout the property

• Salary: R9,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
