SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Main Responsibilities

Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
Answer calls, take messages, respond to emails, and handle resident enquiries.
Assist new residents with admissions, forms, welcome packs, vehicle discs, and village procedures.
Coordinate communication through WhatsApp groups and PA announcements.
Handle mail, courier deliveries, laundry coin distribution, and meeting room bookings.
Maintain resident records, contact lists, birthday lists, and emergency information.
Support administration through filing, data entry, printing, scanning, and invoice processing.
Monitor office supplies, consumables, and reception equipment.
Assist residents with basic technical issues such as DSTV, prepaid meters, and handsets.
Support transport arrangements and report maintenance or security concerns.
Conduct stock counts, review records, and assist with operational reporting and compliance.
