Assist a dynamic organisation in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town on a 6-month contract as the Front Line Office Assistant / Receptionist.

POSITION INFO:

Are you available immediately to assist a corporate being their Front Line Office Assistant / Receptionist on a 6 month contract? The position is based in the Northern Suburbs and the work-space is professional, dynamic, with a friendly, fun team to work with.

Requirements:

Matric with relevant experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, Office Manager
Present yourself in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
Computer literate
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
Committed to work 6 months on a fixed-term contract
Available immediately

Duties:

Meet and Greet visitors, guest and suppliers
Diary management
Arrange meetings, book boardrooms
General administration support
Arrange courier pick up and deliveries
Switchboard management
General office administration support
