Pinetown. Opportunity exists for meticulous, pleasant Front Office Coordinator with exceptional people skills and strong administrative ability. A well-presented, vibrant personality with at least 2-4 years relevant experience secures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the day-to-day activities of the front office including operating the switchboard and directing calls as required, facilitating boardroom bookings, management of office supplies and stationery, and welcoming and directing guests.

Perform general administrative duties including booking flights and accommodation, calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, collating of board packs, customer surveys and reports, and other duties as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Matric
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Secretarial / Administration qualification
  • MS Office literate (Word, Excel)
