SUMMARY:
As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a commission-only role, offering you unlimited earning potential based on performance.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, corporates, and organizations needing recruitment services).
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Pitch recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms of business and secure signed agreements.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements.
Track all sales activities and report progress to management.

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record in sales, business development, or recruitment sales.
Strong network of decision-makers in HR, Talent Acquisition, or business leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for unlimited earnings
