SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading service teams with energy and precision? We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations at a luxury property, ensuring world-class service and smooth execution across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee F&B service in restaurants, bars, and event spaces
Supervise, train, and motivate waitstaff and service teams
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, professional service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service delivery
Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and daily reporting
Collaborate with kitchen and front office to ensure seamless operations

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory F&B role within a 5-star hotel, lodge, or fine dining restaurant
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
Hands-on, guest-focused, and calm under pressure
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
Well-spoken and well presented
