SUMMARY:
Are you a refined service leader with a passion for delivering flawless dining experiences in a high-end setting? We’re seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at an exclusive 5-star lodge, where excellence is not just expected—it’s the standard.
In this role, you’ll lead a team across restaurant, bar, private dining, and event service settings, ensuring every guest experience is executed with precision, elegance, and warmth

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all F&B departments including dining, bar, wine cellar, and special events
Manage service standards, staff training, shift scheduling and daily operations
Work closely with the Head Chef and GM to design guest-focused experiences
Drive beverage sales, menu innovation, and stock control
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure rapid resolution
Maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3–5 years in a senior F&B management role at a 5-star lodge or hotel
Excellent knowledge of fine dining service, wines, and luxury hospitality expectations
Hands-on leader with strong people management and communication skills
Experience with POS systems, budgeting, and supplier negotiations
Calm, well-presented, and solutions-oriented under pressure
