Fleet Controller x 2 (1 on the taut liner side, and 1 on the tipper side)

We are looking for a hands-on Fleet Controller with strong logistics experience who can effectively coordinate fleet operations, manage drivers, maintain excellent client relationships, and make informed decisions in a fast-moving transport environment. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of delivering exceptional service while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
• Qualification in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Advantageous).

Requirements:

• Afrikaans and English - Fluent (Required).
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (Essential).

Experience:

• 2+ years'' Fleet Controller experience in a Freight, Transport, or Logistics environment.
• Experience in route planning, driver management, truck monitoring, and client liaison.
• Tautliner and/or Tipper fleet experience required.
• Mining logistics experience advantageous.
• Please Note: Only freight, transport, and logistics industry experience will be considered.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Fleet Management Systems knowledge.
• Transport operations, route planning, and compliance understanding.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong administration and reporting skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00 (onsite)
