Fleet Controller

Experience Required:

Office Administration / Transport preferable

3 Years: 

Fleet & Operational Management

Minimum Required:

Grade 12 

Applicable tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Code14 drivers license

3-5years solid code 14 Truck & Trailer driving experience as well as experience in truck maintenance

Computer Literacy Required:

Excellent computer proficiency: MS Office: Excel, Exchange, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc

Purpose of the Position:

The Certification Controller is Responsible For the Preparation and management of all related Fleet Documentation and all necessary administrative functions related. The Certification Controller has an overall responsibility to ensure that all Fleet KPI inputs are captured accurately and reported on timeously and that up to date records are kept on hand and available for review at all times. The Certification Controller is therefore responsible for maintaining day to day operational administration in order to meet Fleet reporting requirements and to support Fleet operations.

This individual will be responsible for a range of administrative duties reporting into management as well as moving and driving the truck in the DC  and collecting them for respective repairs.

We are looking for a hands on individual passionate about trucks, maintenance and reporting.
