We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to support the finance team in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. This role offers an opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the finance department.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate allocations and timely reconciliations.
Support month-end processes, including journal processing, intercompany reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policy.
Maintain cash flow forecasts, vehicle and cellphone registers, and foreign currency exposure schedules.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, managing workflow and reviewing outputs.

Essential Requirements:

BCom Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years’ experience in a financial environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and company accounting policy.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Preferred Requirements:

5–8 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
Experience working with complex group structures.
Advanced finance training (e.g., Dynamics, RAIL).
Strong communication, initiative, adaptability, and leadership capabilities.
