POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for a Debtors Supervisor to join a dynamic team and take ownership of critical debtor and reconciliation functions across branches.

This role is based in Bruma, Johannesburg East.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Debtors Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure all KPI targets and monthly deadlines are met. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily internal and external customer queries and stakeholder engagement
Managing the customer onboarding and vetting process
Supporting operations with card and cash transactions at branch level
Liaising with banks on card processes and chargeback disputes
Auditing complimentary accounts and authorising refunds
Handling centralized and prepaid fuel card invoicing
Assisting finance with reconciliations, clearing accounts, and bank account management
Generating month-end reports and supporting internal projects and audit requirements
Performing ad hoc duties as required by management

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Matric and Diploma in Finance.
At least 3 years’ experience in card and cash reconciliations
3 years’ supervisory experience in a finance environment
Experience in the car rental industry is essential
Strong understanding of debtor controls, bank liaison, and financial reporting
Proven ability to manage a team and drive continuous improvement in processes
