SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-oriented Financial Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the financial functions of more than one business entity?

Our client in Paarl is seeking a reliable and organised Financial Clerk with solid accounting experience who can confidently manage the day-to-day financial administration for two business entities while ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Process debtors and creditors for both entities
Perform bank reconciliations and allocate payments
Prepare and process supplier payments
Capture and reconcile financial transactions
Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments
Assist with VAT and other statutory requirements
Perform general finance and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar financial/accounts role
Experience managing the accounts of multiple entities is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Relevant finance or accounting qualification will be advantageous

Salary: R12,000 ctc
