SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to assist and report directly to the Head of Finance as well as the Owner of the business.
Must be available as soon as possible and fluent in English and Afrikaans due to client base
Based in Pretoria East (inside Woodhill Golf Estate).

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Capturing and reconciling the bank constantly throughout the day.
Issuing sales orders and invoices, as well as ensuring data accuracy of Debtors.
Processing Creditor invoices and reconciliations, as well as validating the pricing of the creditors. Requesting corrections from Creditors
Order processing, tracking and reporting.
Updating, maintaining and reconciling various information sheets.
Loading payments on the bank.
Submitting order details and documentation on various WhatsApp groups.
Maintaining a good electronic and paper filing system.
Assisting Head of Finance and the business Owner with various tasks.
Secretarial tasks.
Ad hoc tasks.

Additional tasks:

Updating business Owner on various financial information.
Updating business Owner when Head of Finance is on leave.
Assisting with various other Head of Finance tasks when he is on leave.

Requirements:

Matric with high marks in mathematics and preferably accounting.
Financial diploma preferably.
More than 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Familiar with and able to operate a MacBook.

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans due to client base

Software familiarities:

Sage one experience is a requirement.
Good Excel and Word experience is a requirement.
Monday.com experience is advantageous.
