Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant – Facilities Management

POSITION INFO:
Our client in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant to manage day-to-day financial administration. This role focuses on daily invoicing and payment tracking, while also supporting payroll administration, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will be a key support to the operations and management team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions (income and expenses) accurately and promptly.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
• Prepare and send daily client invoices.
• Monitor payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process supplier invoices and arrange payments.
• Assist with payroll administrative tasks.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain job cost records (equipment, fuel, subcontractors, etc.).
• Assist with year-end processes and audits.

• Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping or financial administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, accurate, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
