SUMMARY:
Drive financial accuracy and support strategic decision-making within a global automotive manufacturing leader. This is your opportunity to play a key role in month-end processes, reporting, and compliance in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Manage financial and commercial bridges for performance tracking.
Process petty cash, staff expense claims, and manual payment requests.
Reconcile inter-company balances and assist in monthly reconciliations (IC3 forms).
Handle accounts payable (SAP), clear vendor accounts, and investigate AP issues.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support payroll journal entries.
Monitor accounts receivable invoice receipts.
Uphold financial procedures and SOX/internal control standards.
Ensure compliance with IOS and finance-related legal requirements.
Represent and promote the vision of Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive sector.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of local and US GAAP.
Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with strong prioritization skills.
Effective communicator, able to explain financial processes clearly
