A well-established energy and power generation conglomerate seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North. *Please note that this position will be based remotely for the time being. A stable internet connection and professional set up at home is required.

A well-established energy and power generation conglomerate seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North.

*Please note that this position will be based remotely for the time being. A stable internet connection and professional set up at home is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for debtors and creditors control, data caturing, banking and general finance duties as required by the line manager.

Duties include but not limited to:

Managing debtors and creditors relationships

Creditors lists for respective subsidiaries within the group

Invoicing, POs and creditors payments

Preparation of revenue registers for subsidiaries

Following up on payments due and outstanding payments

Banking

Education:

Diploma / BCom in Accounting / Finance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 3 years’ experience in an financial administrative role

Advanced MS Excel skills

Sage X3 experience will be highly beneficial

Strong debtors and creditors experience

Strong administrative skills

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
