Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting function for a residential property portfolio
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
Prepare annual financial statements

Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles.
2 years' post-article experience.
Previous residential property accounting experience is essential.
