Financial Accountant: Property Space

Our client, a leading player in the property sector, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of financial operations within a fast-paced and growing property business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial support that drives long-term success.

Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and company policies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Oversee cash flow, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Handle property-related financial operations, including rental income and lease management.
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.
Provide financial insights to support business decision

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Com degree in accounting
MDA system
4 years relevant property experience
