POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
This is your shot to own critical financial operations across a rapidly growing global business. You’ll ensure seamless investor deployments, timely dividends, accurate reconciliations, and pristine financial workflows — all while helping them scale with confidence
You’ll be based in our Cape Town office (3 days/week), but work with teams in London, Dubai, and beyond — a true cross-continental experience in one of the most exciting fintech spaces around

💼 What you’ll do:
Run key fund operations: investment deployments, fee disbursements, liquidations, and dividends
Own reconciliations and ensure accuracy across complex structures and multiple jurisdictions
Wrangle data to respond to internal queries and support decision-making
Be the first line of control to protect investor funds and ensure regulatory compliance
Mentor and lead a junior team member, growing your leadership muscle
Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to build better systems, smarter processes, and scalable solutions

Skills & Experience:
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
Unmatched attention to detail — you catch what others miss
Analytical thinker with a hunger for clean data and efficient systems
Ownership mindset — you don’t just spot problems, you solve them
Calm under pressure, structured in chaos
Tech-forward and excited to learn new tools
Experience in finance or ops is great, but we value intelligence and drive over pedigree

Qualification:
Degree in Finance / Business or similar (or equivalent)
