POSITION INFO:

Duties :

Managing and assigning accounts, financial statements, and tax data.
Point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities
Manage day-to-day company accounts
Support with financial planning
Manage Budget forecasting and cash flow management
Ensure government compliance in all tasks
Perform the full financial accountant function
Keeping accurate tracks of all expenses, liabilities, and projected costs.
Monthly maintenance of the Company’s General Ledger and the month-end process.
Ensuring accurate and timeous financial reporting and submissions for the Company – Internal & External.
Presentation of Management Reports to Management.
Ensure timeous completion and submission of the provisional tax returns, the annual tax return and monthly VAT returns for the Company.
Establish a strong financial and operational reporting system with sureties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bcom Honours in Finance (non-negotiable).
5 + years’ work experience.
