SUMMARY:
A leader in the FMCG industry is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong Debtors and Bookkeeping experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

Matric
Relevant Accounting Qualification

Skills/Experience required:

At least 3 years solid debtors clerk experience
At least 3 years solid bookkeeping experience
Sound Sage Evolution experience

Job Description:

Maintaining the customer accounts
Following up, recovering of any outstanding debt
Dealing with customer queries
Loading payments on the banking app
Bookkeeping of the company’s financial transactions
Daily Cash Ups
Creating invoices
Load supplier invoices
