A leading supplier in SA is currently seeking a Finance Administrator. The Finance Administrator will provide administrative support and assistance to the Head Office.

As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

Provide and support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports
Prepare, process and assist with the various committee packs
Filing, managing and scanning documents
Assist with managing diaries and coordinating meetings
Managing payments to be made for the corporate finance team

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed Matric

Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in an administrative role

Experience in SAP required

Excellent typing skills

Figures orientated
