A leading global supplier company is currently on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join their finance team to help out where it is needed

 

As the Office Administrator; you will report to the Admin Manager. This individual will provide a high standard of administration support for the SA business. The position is admin orientated and requires a good understanding of processes and procedures.

 

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Sale and office administration
  • Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships
  • Ensure that order information and changes are entered into the system
  • Ensure invoices are sent promptly to customers
  • Prepare monthly account statements
  • Take responsibility to resolve overdue account receivables
  • Assist market managers
  • Various other ad-hoc reporting

 

Qualifications:

Matric

 

Skill:

3 - 5+ years’ experience

Attention to detail

Advance Excel and Word skills are a preference
